The principles of Organization activity
The Student’s Organization of NAU is voluntary union of student’s self-governmental organs of structural parts of university, consultative corporate organ at university administration, which is made in order of wide recruiting of youth to social-significant types of activity.
The organization operates on the principles of voluntaries, self-government, legality and publicity by functioning legislation of Ukraine and university’s statute and it is independent from influences of political, religious and civilian unions.
The target and tasks
The aim of Organization is presentation and protection of socioeconomic, creative, spiritual and other interests of student’s youth of university.
The main tasks of Student’s Organization: -
provision and protection of rights and interests of student’s youth of university;

contribution of development of student’s self-government in all educational structural parts of university;

taking part in organization of educational training process in university;
-
analysis of social processing in spheres of high education, culture, labour, social statement and development of student’s youth, working out and carrying on by results of such analysis relative proposals to the university administration, organs of governmental power and institutes of local self-government of all levels;

taking part in preparation and working up of suggestions to protect of standard-legal acts and programs with important questions of social position, legal and social protection of student’s youth;
-
taking part in preparation and realization of process, which are directed on solving socioeconomic, legal, educational, cultural and other problems of student’s youth;

contribution to wideness of regional, all-Ukrainian and international cooperation in the sphere of education, culture, labor, social statement and development of student’s youth;

contribution to spiritual and physical development of university’s students;
-
taking part in making of favorable conditions for active calling of student’s to the socioeconomic, cultural life of university, their social adaptation and scientific activity;
-
cooperation with beneficent funds, organizations, unions, juridical and physical personalities of Ukraine and behind its borders;
-
expansion of information about university among student body of Ukraine and of the world.
The rights of organization
- to obtain the necessary materials and information from organs of governmental power and local self-government, enterprises, institutions and organizations, administration of university in established order;
-
to make constant and temporary commission (committees), expert and working group in case of necessity to call in established order, student’s youth to the working in it, position organs of local self-government, workers of enterprises, institutions and organizations, scientists, representatives of unions of citizens etc.;

to organize and to conduct scientific conferencing, lections, seminars, meetings with points, which proceeds from the target and tasks of activity of Student’s Organization;
-
to represent and protect legal rights and interests of students of university in governmental organs and social organizations;
-
to spread the information among the students of university about aims and target of activity of Student’s Organization;
-
to develop international student’s cooperation with experience exchange and to organize general international meetings;
-
to realize other measures, which go from target of Student’s Organization activity and are not forbidden by functioning legislation of Ukraine.
The organization’s responsibilities:
Give information to the student body about it’s activity in forms, which are not forbidden by legislation.
Execute accepted on itself duties, which are not contradict to functioning legislation of Ukraine.
